Oil Slick Cobalt Blue Full Moon Studs

Handmade porcelain full moon stud earrings with solid sterling silver posts. Glazed in a shiny cobalt blue, with an iridescent mother of pearl luster coating for a little extra sparkle. Other colors available. 

Size: 7/8" diameter

These earrings require three different firings in the kiln at different temperatures, ranging from the luster firing at 1213 ^oF to the glaze firing at 2232 ^oF. 

They go through different processes along the way to complete, including forming, glazing, luster painting, and attaching the posts.
